Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds? Yes. A lab-grown diamond is physically, chemically and optically the same as a mined diamond. It is graded by the same standards for cut, colour, clarity and carat.

Will anyone be able to tell the difference? Not by looking. Even a trained jeweller needs specialist equipment to tell whether a diamond was grown or mined.

Are your diamonds certified? Centre diamonds of 1.00 ct and above come with an IGI grading report that matches the stone in your ring. Smaller stones are graded by our gemologists to the colour and clarity you choose.

Why do lab-grown diamonds cost less? They skip the long mining supply chain. That means you can choose a larger or finer diamond for the same budget.

Ordering and making

How long will my ring take? Standard designs take 15–20 working days to make, then ship. Bespoke designs take 3–6 weeks, confirmed with you in writing. The expected ship date is shown on each ring page.

Can I design my own ring? Yes. On every ring page you choose the shape, metal, purity, carat, colour and clarity, and the price updates as you go. For something fully custom, contact us and we'll quote a bespoke design.

Can I change or cancel my order? Changes and cancellations are free within 24 hours of ordering. Once making has started, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value applies. Full details are in our Custom Jewelry Policy.

Sizing

How do I find my ring size? Use our size chart: measure a ring you own or your finger, and the size finder shows your size. We make rings from US 3 to 13 in half sizes.

What if I don't know the size? Choose Size later on the ring page. We'll contact you to confirm the size before we start making your ring.

Can my ring be resized? Every ring includes one free resize within 30 days of delivery, up to two sizes. Eternity bands and some designs with stones all around can't be resized; we'll offer an exchange where possible.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, to Canada and the United States. Other countries see the shipping cost at checkout before paying.

How long does delivery take? After your ring ships, delivery usually takes 5–8 working days in Canada and the USA. Every order is fully tracked and needs a signature on delivery.

Will I pay import duties? Orders delivered outside Canada, including to the United States, may be charged import duties or local taxes on arrival. These are paid by the customer.

Returns, warranty and care

Can I return my ring? Ready-to-ship jewellery can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order rings can't be returned for a change of mind, but they're always covered for defects, mistakes and damage in transit.

What does the warranty cover? Every piece has a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, such as a loose stone or a broken prong under normal wear.

Do you offer aftercare? Yes: up to 10 free professional cleanings, plus free polishing and prong checks for life.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout.

Which currency are prices in? All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the charge and may add a small fee.
