This page sets out the terms ("Terms") on which Crystal N Cuts ("we", "us", "our") provides crystalncuts.com (the "Site") and the products sold on it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 or 19 in most places) to place an order. By ordering you confirm you are.

3. Orders, pricing, and acceptance

All product listings on the Site are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy at the listed price; the contract forms when we send you a shipping confirmation.

Prices are in USD unless shown otherwise and exclude taxes and duties (see our Shipping Policy). We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and decline or cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

4. Custom and made-to-order items

Custom and made-to-order items are produced for you specifically. Production timelines are estimates; we'll keep you informed of material delays. See our Refund Policy for what's returnable.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, photography, graphics, logos) is owned by crystalNcuts or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

6. User-submitted content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content for our marketing and operations. You confirm the content is yours to share and contains nothing unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.

7. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

• break the law or facilitate someone else doing so
• transmit malware, scrape at scale, or interfere with the Site
• impersonate someone else, or harass or threaten others
• collect personal data of other users without consent

8. Disclaimers and limits

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms or for activities we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the <<Province of Ontario, Canada>> without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that province, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to file in your local jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
