Returns and Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. If you have received a damaged item, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Custom Jewelry: Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, we cannot accept returns on these items unless there is a defect or error in production.
Standard Products: You may return standard items if received damaged within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@crystalncuts.com, and we will provide further instructions.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 30 - 90 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
